Define Beauty

Beauty: what is it?

I have changed myself physically several times in my life. I have changed the length of my hair, my skin jewelry and ink, and my weight. I have changed my hair color, my clothing style, and even the way I carry myself.picmonkey-collage

I have changed the way I think about myself so many different times, it is hard to tell you today how I feel about the way I am.

I have also changed the way I look at the outdoors, how I value my surroundings, how I try to capture the beautiful in general.

Beauty, while captivating right now, when you are young and you like to look at nice things, eventually fades, both physically and mentally. Your opinion on its importance will be overshadowed with true emotional connections and feelings of love.

Someday you won’t go around finding the most beautiful things to look at, but you will go around finding the most beautiful things to allow into your life.

So here’s to the most beautiful things in life, to finding yourself beautiful, and to helping others understand the beauty in themselves.

  1. You have a wonderful point. Beauty isn’t about materials or appearances, rather about the connections you make. If you can get a point where beauty is an independent being in itself rather than relying on certain qualifications to fit a label, then you have control. Beauty is broad. Beauty is everywhere. Beauty is relative.
Also, I’d love to get started on a project with you and I wanted to check and see if you got the email reply.
    Happy reading and writing!

  2. Obviously I don’t know you but what I do know is that someone who writes like you do is beautiful. Physical things fade and are forgotten to time, but words can be timeless and if you ever need a reminder just reread some of your stuff. I think you’ll see what I mean.
